I felt it had a lot of connections because Murphey could really use this website as a tool for him to get over the death of his two parents. The website talks a lot about trying to find God in times of death and destruction. I believe you don't have to find God in those times, it is a positive way to look at it, but as long as you don't give up on life then you will get through the tough time. These were the ideals that Kate Green, the psychologist in the book, tried to give to Murphey. She was a devout Christian, but she did not force it on Murphey who did not want to believe in a God. She just said to not give up on life and believe in something, it may not even have to be a spirit, just believe in something and you will get through the tough time. Overall the book was great because Kate Green was a master of her craft and it was a pleasure to read about it.
